Element ary Dear Watson

Yeahaaa...the penny drops.   God bless you Sir Ken Robinson, for your work in The Element.
For years, I`ve heard my Mum in particular, talk about people being in their element. 
Now Sir Ken has taken it further for me and trillions of others, as outlined in his book, The Element.
Soooooo, back to work on Monday, with young children and I`m going to work REALLY hard to find their Element(s) - quick smart.   Some will and are, be obvious, others I`ll need to pull on all my skills and experience to find those, in others.
Thank you Sir Ken.   Thank you Lorraine for loaning me The book.   You are a gem.
I`m going to buy myself a copy to read again and again and again and have it available for others.
